The Haitian Flag Day Parade committee is a collective of public officials, community organizers, and artists dedicated to highlighting Haiti's rich history and elevating the spirits of Haitian people both on the island and within the diaspora through public works and culturally relevant events. It is indeed a labor of love to produce a celebration of Haitian culture of this magnitude.
May 18th, 2023 will be the 220th anniversary of the Haitian Flag's inception. Though the country has experienced many changes, the pride instilled at the inception of the flag in 1803 still holds true today. Learn more about the parade and how we plan to honor this milestone at the link below!
